NLP:

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (New Clients - 2 hours): $450
  • Time Line Therapy (2 Hours): $450
Life Coaching (Strategies for Life: Includes NLP):
  • Life Coaching: (1.5 hours): $450. A great session for unpacking the goals and issues
  • Step Up & Stop the Negative Self Talk: 3 PACK Life Coaching (1.5 hour sessions): $1350 (Popular!)
  • TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND IN 30 DAYS: Package: 6 Coaching Sessions including NLP and Time Line Therapy: $2700 (6 x 1.5 hour sessions)​​
  • 40+ & FABULOUS: Package including NLP and Time Line Therapy (6 x Weekly Coaching sessions): $2700. Future focused coaching - specifically designed for women aged from 40 - 60.​  (Package sessions are up to 1.5 hours depending on the method used. Packages also includes text access to Ghita for support within working hours)
  • WOMEN'S THRIVE Package: $2700 (6 x 1.5 hour weekly sessions)​

  • Hypnotherapy: (1 hour): $250: Personalised Script and Hypnotherapy Session. ​
  • Hypnotherapy 6 Week Package: $1500

​EMDR:
  • EMDR (NEW CLIENT Introductory Session - 2 Hours) - Save $20 - $220
  • EMDR (Existing Client Session - 1 Hour): $120 
  • EMDR BREAKTHROUGH PROGRAM (6 Hour Package): This package is for one introductory two hour session followed by 4 weekly sessions (6 hours in total). The client books the first two hour session and the therapist selects the next 4 sessions manually: $699
Health Funds: Many rebate this. Please check with your provider
​Terms and Conditions of Packages 2025:
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for sessions (Video is available for some methods, but not all)
  • ​​By booking this special, you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Full deposit required upon booking (Credit card required). Not available in session.
  • Clients select first session on the booking portal, after which the therapist has to book you in for the final appointments so that they can track the hours used.
  • No refunds on unused hours once package has begun.
  • The consecutive order of the packages are vital to their success.
  • Valid 3 months from purchase.
  • Note that due to time constraints we may not use all methods listed in packages: Also, some methods have to be in person and cannot be done online to the same standard
  • Packages may be purchased more than once.
